For the second time we went to see the Sydney Hobart Yacht Race. While this is usually a big event in the city where traffic is slow and parking becomes tight, we usually find Christison Park to be a good place to park the car and watch the boats. There is good organized parking and most importantly you can look into the harbour as well as watch the boats pass the coast after they have passed by the head.
This is really a fun thing to do on Christmas Day.
